Christina began singing at age 4 and performed actively in concerts, recitals, and shows throughout her school years. Her broad spectrum of teachers and vocal coaches include Derek Brampton, Felix Knight, Elly Ameling, Anna Moffo, and Gary Burgess.
Being awarded a vocal scholarship, Christina entered Westminster Choir College in Princeton, New Jersey, where her studies continued. She also studied and performed as a violinist with the Princeton University Orchestra.
Christina enjoys performing in many vocal styles. She has performed roles with the Greater Buffalo Opera Company, in operas such as Die Fledermaus, The Impresario, La Boheme, and La Traviata.
Most recently she has developed a jazz and blues style featuring repertoire from the American Songbook and other blues standards that she has performed with area musicians.
Creating musical programs around special themes is a favorite – romantic themes, movie themes, jazz standards, and seasonal music themes. She has also created original programs and performed with the Genesee Symphony and the Cheektowaga Symphony Orchestras.
Also active in local theater in Buffalo, NY. Christina’s works include studies with Fred Keller and roles in Enter Laughing, The Doll’s House, 70 Girls 70, The Gershwin Review, to name a few.
